- Standard check-in time is 2:00pm.
We cater for early arrivals, but cannot guarantee early check-ins. If your apartment happens to be ready before 2pm, we will check you straight in, but otherwise we will store your bags for you and notify you as to when your apartment will be available. - Standard check-out time is 10:00am.
We can organize late check-outs dependent on our current occupancy rate, and at an extra cost. If you wish to leave your bags after check-out previous to your flight/departure, this service is offered for free.

If we are called on the basis of a complaint and witness alcohol consumption in a public area or loud, disruptive behaviour, we will EJECT you from the premises, and NO REFUND will be issued. Aura is not a party venue so please respect the right of other tenants and guests to quiet enjoyment of the property.

If you are arranging a delivery, please ensure that your package (or letter) is addressed to our postal address – 707/534 Flinders St, Melbourne VIC 3000 – and that it references your name. We will ensure that your item is delivered to your apartment but please contact us to arrange this (in advance if possible). If your item is addressed incorrectly, you may not receive it. - All linen and towels are provided.
We are able to fully service your room every 3 days. Should you need additional supplies at any time such as towels, soap, shampoo etc let us know and we will have it delivered to you ASAP. - All apartments are equipped with washing machines and clothes dryers.
A complimentary laundry powder sachet is provided for your laundry needs. Extra laundry powder is available at an additional charge. - Wifi is free.
The bandwidth is adequate for web surfing and short video streaming such as Youtube. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for large amounts of data usage (3GB+).

HISTORY: Crown Center is a mixed-use redevelopment project, one of the earliest in the nation, filling an 85-acre site adjacent to the international headquarters of Hallmark Cards, Inc. It has been a catalyst for change in the city's urban core, replacing blight with quality working, living and entertainment facilities to breathe life back into the city. Crown Center is the result of the vision of Hallmark's founder, the late Joyce C. Hall, and his son, current chairman Donald J. Hall, to replace the rutted parking lots, abandoned warehouses and remains of failed businesses. Ground was broken in 1968 on the first projects, a five-building office complex, a central square and a parking facility. The Crown Center Shops, The Westin Hotel and The American came next, followed by residential, a second hotel and more office buildings.
